Quick Summary
This discussion explores the correct Income Tax Return (ITR) form for individuals earning over £2.5 lakh per annum from part-time home tuition. While ITR3 is suggested due to exceeding the basic limit, the specific section or schedule for declaring this income within ITR2 is also debated, with some recommending 'income from other sources'.

ITR3 applicable in my opinion because the tuition income is crossing the base limit of Rs 2.5 lakh.

However which code to select is a matter of debate.

ITR 2 should be filed
