the short answer is no, you cannot download a consolidated full-year GSTR-2B directly from the official GST Portal in one click. The portal is designed to provide these static statements on a month-on-month basis only.
The GST Portal only allows month-wise downloads. To get a full year in one go, you must use Third-party software (like Octa GST or ClearTax) after enabling API access in your profile. For a completely free manual method, download all monthly JSONs and use the GST Offline Matching Tool.
