AS PER PROVISIONS OF INCOME TAX ACT RETURN OF DEACESED PERSON MAY BE FILED BY RELATIVE IF DEACESED PERSON INCOME IS MORE THEN INCOME NOT CHARGEABLE TO TAX. AND AFTER FILING TAX RETURN MUST BE EVERIFYED

If income is more then basic exemption limit without claiming deduction u/s 80c to 80 u presently this limit is 250000 rs
