Retirement of directors by rotation

Dear all

Please advice me with this

Theres an unlisted public co. which has 9 directors, of which 1 is MD, 3 are WTD's and the remaining 5 are additional independent directors who wil be regularised in the agm.in the above sceneraio what wil be d no. of directors liable to retire by rotation, where nthng expressly has been specified in the AOA and resolutions appointing the WTD's and the MD.

if nothing is expressly specified in the AOA and resolutions appointing the WTD's and the MD, then 2/3 of all directors shall be liable to retire, i.e. 6, and 1/3 of 6, i.e. 2 directors shall actually retire.
