Result withheld-please help me

what to do,how this problem solved-please anyone who suffer from that also-give me some instruction how to resolve that problem.i have received a letter,in which they mention that result are withheld because of unfair means-quoted roll number other than specified area or use different symbols like om,god.but i do not do that

please suggest
