We filed INC 29 for incorporation on 22nd April 2016. We got the message "Required for Resubmission" but the due date for resubmission has not been mentioned. Is there a specific time period for resubmission of INC29? Or is it some technical mistake from MCA since there have been lot of technical problems in last few weeks on MCA portal.

Resubmiting Form INC-29 will always show specific time within which you need to resubmit the Form.
Kindly check the email received from MCA or chenck on MCA Protal.
