what are the reserves which is available for distribution as dividend?

only free reserves gerneral reserve, p&l credit balance

Any reserve is available for distribution unless any restriction is imposed by law

All reserves which are available for distribution may be treated as free reserves for distribution of Dividend, except Security Premium.
