I have to pay TDS - against rent (Rent - 21000 p/m) from April 2013 onwards. If i pay now, how much to pay and give me the calculations

PFA the calculation sheet acc. to the details provided by you. It is subject to an assumption that TDS is being deducted in Nov 2013 and will be paid till 7th Dec 2013 as it is the due date for payment of TDS for the month of Nov. 2013.
