Reporting portal registration query

Sir,

I am trying to register on reporting portal for compliance check (Tax deductor & collector).

When I select new registration option, next screen shows form type & category, form type shows 3 options:

Form 61A, Form 61B, Form 61. 

Which one  should I select?

I am trying to register for compliance check, to know suppliers & others filing status for 2 years for compliance under 194Q. 

please help.
