Repair job with material under central excise

Dear Raghu,

Pl note that any Excisable goods sent for Repair/Job work purpose after availment of Cenvat Credit benefit on the above item.

It to be sent along with Challan (rule 4(5)a of CCR rules 2004) (1+2 copies) after repairing the material they have to return 2 copy to you, if they used other material for repair, they have to issue bill for that items.

if u require that challan, search in "FILES" section , previously I uploaded that one.
