rental under Leave and license agreement
I am staying in a company provided flat which company has made a leave and license agreement with the flat owner. monthly rent is 12000 Rs. Rent is recovered through my salary. will I have to pay GST additionally?

No. Because renting of residential units is not taxed under GST.
