How invoice has to be issues for above....
rental income includes expenses also...
whether invoice will issue on total rental income or rental income less expenses....
whether GST will collect on total rental income or rental income less expenses...

Invoice will be issued on total rental income
whatever amount you received as rent from the stall holders is to be considered as rental income and GST charged accordingly.
suppose if you charged say 10000RS per stall and there are 100stalls then 10lacs will be your rental income. GST maybe considered as inclusive of rent received
