Dear All,

Could anyone quickly respond ?

SAC code for renting immovable property service - and also rate of gst for the same.

But if it's out of state u need to be registered in that state. And if it's less than rs.20lacs . You don't need to charge. As per GST help line 01204888999. Pls recheck.

if it is less than 20 lakhs and within state.
but assessee took registration eventhough not compulsory.
Now, how will be the treatment and whether he should file monthly returns or the recepient should follow RCM rules?
