Directors' remuneration. Remuneration is definedas payment or compensation received for services or employment and includes base salary, any bonuses and any other economic benefits that an employee or executive receives during employment
as per Companies Act. As per the Companies Act, 2013, Managerial Person means a managing director, whole-time director or manager of a company incorporated in India. Managerial renumeration includes pay, compensation, or reward for work which is earned by a managerial person
