Related to migration

I need information related to GST migration registration.i tried my friend GST migration registration,but I failed to register, because at that time it is showing username/password is not valid.i raised this issue helpdesk @ gst.gov.in,they replies your error as been solved.then I tried but it shows the same error.after that they stopped registration.now registration process started,I tried by using the same,but now I am getting error as your RC under provisional ID Stands cancelled Hence you are not permitted to migrate under GST.Please help me in this issue.
