AOP.
It consists Testators / benefiaciary for whom trust is made and trustee who has made the trust.
but in definition of company there is mention that if any company registered U/S 8 it shall be treated as company
in view of that if trust registered U/S 8 can it be company??
in view of that if trust registered U/S 8 can it be company??
Yes if registered u/s 8 it will be Not for profit organisation.
but u mentioned above trust that are AOP also not for profit na
so at last if it is not registered under companies Act then AOP
and if registered under companies Act then COMPANY
