Related party transaction
The transaction done by Director with trust which was created for the benefit of director, then whether it will be treated as Related Party Transaction or not?

No, it will not be Covered. Kindly refer section 2(86) of Companies Act 2013, which deal with the defination of related party along with section 188(1) which deals with Related Party Transaction
