1) Apply for DIN in form DIN1 for all the directors or the directors not having a DIN.(fees approx Rs.500 per form) 2) Search for the name the directors are wishing to have for tgeir company and then apply for getting the name authorized by MCA in Form 1A. (fees approx Rs.1000) 3) File Form 1 (declaration of incorporation of the company), Form 18 ( registration of the registered address of tge company) and Form 32 (appointing directors). (fees approx. 6000) Plz note.. Only 2 directors in case of private companies can be appointed at the time of incorporation. For the third director you will have to file form 32 again appointing the remainjng third director aftter incorporation. Also, all the fees mentioned herein are my opinions. There may be more or less fees. However you can calculate the exact fees from the "calculate the fees" option available on MCA's website. And the furthue explanation of any form or any particular field in any form is available in the instruction kit so called the "help" file available with the form. Hope this will help you.

Procedural requirement for formation of new  company:

 

1.         Obtain Digital signature of one of the promoter/director

2.         Obtain DIN of at least two director

3.         After obtaining approved DIN file Form  1A with ROC for name availability

4.         If name is available ROC give name with in 3 days from the date of assigning

5.        U will print at least two MOA and AOA.

6.       File Form 1, 18, and 32 with the concerned ROC with the prescribed as given in  Schedule X

7.        File document like MOA and AOA for correction and other formalities, if required

8.  After verification of documents of incorporation, ROC generate the Company Identification Number (CIN)  and issue  certificate of Incorporation at the registered address of the company  

 

Payment of fee for respective form for incorporation of Limited Ltd.

 

1.                  For Form 1A  is fixed of Rs. 1000/-

2.                  For Form 1 u should pay as per your Authorised Capital

3.                  Form 18 fee is Rs. 500/-

4.                  Form 32 fee is Rs. 500/-

What are the additional information/ documents required in case of a foreign national?

Details of a valid passport should be filled in form DIN-1 and a certified copy of same should be attached with DIN application. All supporting documents including photograph should be certified by the Indian Embassy or a notary in the home country of the applicant or by the Managing Director / CEO / Company Secretary of the company registered in India, in which applicant is a director.
