Can anyone plz explain whether there is any difference between Registration no and CIN.
CIN is 21 digit (Alphanumeric)
The Format of Annual Return provides only 6 digits for Registration No.
In case both are same, then how the 21 digit no. can be filled in 6 digit format.
Please Clarify.

Last 6 digit of CIN are the Registration no. of the co.
As you can chk on the master data of a co. where registration no for a co is given.

Registration no and CIN both are same.
in the annual return only last 6 digits of CIN to be filled up .
