Registration for Final (CA)??

Hi friends

I have cleared my PCC this time and as per new guidelines i'm eligible to appear in November 2010

and i want to give  group I in nov,

But there is a problem that weather i'll recieve my final registration number before the last date of filling the exam form?

IS  there any way to get myself enrolled early?

OR i can fill my exam form without waiting for my registration number for final as it will be same as was in PCC
