whether gst is to be included in amount paid for calculating the limit for deduction of TDS?
1. TDS will be deducted excluding GST if GST is shown separately in the invoice.
2. The above rule was clarified based on circular number 23/2017.
Please correct me if the above solution has an alternative view.
