Is it's from GTA or other than GTA...?
If GTA then 5%
The applicability of GST on freight is as follows:
1. Received from other than GTA - exempted
2. From GTA - 1st option - GTA can charge @ 12%. If GTA is not charging GST @ 12%, then only RCM is applicable and rate being 5%.
