Please let me know whether seperate MGT-14 is to be filed in order to borrow money and invest funds of the company?
And can two topics included in purpose "others under companies act, 2013" for eg. approval of annual accounts dated 4/09/2014 and disclosure of interest dated 26/08/2014 can be filed in Single MGT-14?
If the date is separate then TWO separate MGT-14 with two separate DATES required to be filed with ROC.
MGT-14 for borrow money and investment can be filed on same date by holding EGM on that very date.
You can file single MGT 14 with different event dates in respect of date of passing of resolution(s)if these dates are within 30 days of the filing date. If any of the date(s) are beyond 30 days, then separate form is to be filed for every such event date.
