REGARDING LTCG.
if property is purchased at a value lower than stamp duty value then while calculating LTCG which value is to be considered as cost of accqusition i.e. SDV or actual purchase value?

Sale value @ agreement value or SDV if it exceeds 5% of agreement value
You have to consider actual value but not SDV
