There are 3 directors in a company out of which 1 director is showing
# DISQUALIFIED UNDER SEC-164(2) # so plz help me in this, how to file Active form of that company..

The form cannot be filed. The director needs to be removed from the company then the respective form can be filed.
As the Director is disqualified by section 164(2) and hence automatically gets vacated from office. Pass a board resolution with the remaining directors for the effect. File DIR 12 for cessation with an attachment of Board Resolution to remove the director from directorship of the Company. As DIR 12 gets approved, file INC 22A.
