I have doubt
i am having HRA 4300₹ p.m
annually 51,600₹
House rent shown 12 months ×12,000 ₹= 144,000₹
My 10 % salary comes to 73590₹
To reduce HRA fully 51,600₹
i have shown 12,000₹ p.m as house rent paid
my doubt is
i need to submit any documents like house rent paid receipt or Bond, if i have shown total house rent above 1 lakhs per year ??
is that mandatory ??
i am government employee...
kindly clarify my doubt

You have to submit rent receipts / agreement to the employer with house owner PAN.
If above one Lakhs mean we need to give ha sir ??
Owner PAN to be submitted for annual rent paid exceeded one 1,00,000
if the rental payments exceeds one lakh in a year,you have to submit PAN of landlord mandatory
sir can I show as house rent payment to parents for staying and i can get full HRA exemption ??
