regarding GSTR 1

my turnover in f.y 2016-17 is less than 1.5 ccrore and also in f.y 2017-18. i am selling only to unregistered person.i want to know that how can fill hsn or descripttion wise details. hsn wise details of outward supplies tab.and it is mandatory or not to fill this Tab.

If your turn over is less than 1.5cr then no need HSN details in GSTR 1...

Otherwise if you Valundary enter then you can do it as per your sales invoices...
You can sell to anybody... Just you ll create sales invoice...

HSN summary is mandatory. If turnover <=1.5 cr. then you can also provide summary by descripttion of goods instead of HSN code
