Regarding form 112

attach Registration letter or ID card along with Form 112 & DD for late fees of Rs. 1000

whether there is any requirement for signing the form 112 from college principal also?

if u can get it sign then what is the harm in it...u should send the documents in such a manner so that ICAI is confirmed that u were regular in Training..since u already late in filing Form 112, ICAI can ask to send ur records like Bank statements & other Traning Details

In order to avoid all these, i will suggest u to get it sign by the principal...also, attach a letter on behalf of ur CA, explaning the reason of ur delay

college principal is not signing my form 112 and he tell me that u r not a regular student so there is no requirement to signing of form 112.....

This is really difficult....i think it is better to take ur CA's advise..he/she better knows our Institute

i was regular in training and my C.A. is also with me and my sir is said that u can explain the reason like " i was not aware that permission is also required for private courses also and now i am sending the form 112""

Ya..this reason is valid...but they can ask for ur details like Bank statements & Attendence register....the chance is very low..since u r private & not regular.....u should remain prepared for that
