HI :).. i completed my prescribrd period of articleship and submitted the articltship-completion form to the icai.. recently i got a letter from icai informing that there are excess leaves of 3 days which i hav to serve.. now kindly guide me that do i hav to re-fill and re-submit the forms(102-102-109..) for joining the articleship and then terminating it.. or do i simply write an application to the icai after completion of such 3days of articleship(attaching the letter sent by icai to me)?? kindly suggest.. thanks

Regarding excess leave

No need to file the forms again,
after completing 3 days you have to intimate ICAI which is signed by you and your Principal.
all forms r to be sent again if you r going to complete with another principle
