if you had already filled e-return, with the site of Incometaxindia.gov.in, than for receipt you will get ITR-V, print out that ITR-V (sent on e-mail id, which you had provided in e-return) and send it to banglore address with in 60 days on return filled, after that you will get conformation regarding receiving of ITR-V, it means your e-return procedure is success. else you can query about ITR-V via call/mail. ;)

As you have mentioned that you had filled online return in vijaywada, so plz give the same address (which you had written in return) of the assessee in the post.

plz give the present/permanent address of  assessee for further communication with Income Tax Department.

and if the address of assessee isn't much popular and assessee dont want to give that, in that case you can give your off. address.
