Regarding Central Sale against C-Form

A company sale goods against C-Form-to x Ltd., but goods consigned to Z Ltd., as per instruction given by buyer. Means buyer is X. Ltd. and conignee is Z Ltd. as per mentioned in sale bill.

I want to know that, is there any other statutory form liability arises-other than C-Form which are receivable from X Ltd.?

C form issue by X confirms that they are buyer, so no complications, but if X ask for form E-1 then the prob may arise. in that case A cant mention the name of Z upto the transportation stage. if mentioned then E-1 is rejected.

Sir, Z Ltd. do the job works of X Ltd.

Transaction is as per rules , no violation
