Regarding cash deposit

Sir I am an Accountant. Sir my case of income tax has been selected for secrutini regarding to show the cash deposit by me at the time of demonization period for Rs 15.45 Lac. Sir now I am in acknowledge that the ministry of finance has passed a rule to stop /drop the proceeding against the assesse who has made the transaction less than 25 Lac. Sir please guide me in this regard. THANK YOU.
