how do we come to know that IT refund status...can we call directly to the department to enquire delay in processing my refund bcz already 3months over when we filed the return... still it was
not done.

kindly check your Return status online
if your return status is processed then check intimation u/s 143(1) for your refund status ...alternatively you check your refund status on online portal online refund status search on google

there is no mistake in banking information. becoz MSG from department is being already received. they wrote in msg that check the status online of refund but it is still not reflecting in the department sitr
