Refund of tds on cellular tower rental

hi i have a jio cellular tower installed in my property. they pay me monthly rental of Rs.18000/- after deducting Rs.2000/- as TDS per month. they issue me TDS refund certificate for the period.

now, i want to file returns before 31st. what do i do to get refund of TDS amount deducted on monthly basis?

also, i am a small scale agriculturist. do i need to show my agricultural income when filing ITR?

pls explain step-by-step process.. like type of income to select etc. thanks

You have to show the rental under the head income from house property. Further you will have to show your agricultural income under the agricultural income head.

OK. And how to get refund of deducted amount?

If tower is installed on your Agri Land then Rent income will not be Income from House property but it will be under Income from other sources.
Rent income is 240000/- for full year
TDS will be 24000/- for full year
Agri income if less than 5000 or more than 5000

File ITR1 if Agri income is less than 5000
File ITR2 if Agri income above 5000

Claim TDS in the return after checking with 26AS statement.
