Can anyone tell me,whether Input tax paid earlier would amount to refund or not if the same is exempt at the time of sale under Rajasthan VAT?

Yes you can apply for refund of input tax credit in case of export sale in Raj VAT.
But it is not the case of Export sale.
It is the sale in the normal course of business.
Someone please reply with satisfactory answer.
In the above case, Refund is allowed or not?
