I have applied for coming December 2, 2018 Advanced ITT batch at Calicut, but payment deducted twice from my bank account. i had similar situation with IPCC exam fee, but got refund within two months.
So i waited more than two months now, i didn't mailed them regarding this matter.
I want to complain now, for the refund.
Can you help me to register a complaint.
please tell me what are the details i need to attach with the complaint.
