My wife passed away last year and I'm filing ITR on her behalf. I need to change the bank account details for the IT refund but am unable to do so . The account that was mentioned earlier has been closed now so I need to update the details to claim the refund on her behalf . I'm unable to find the option as to how I can change the details .Please help.

first of all, appoint husband as a legal heir in income tax deptt. through the Portal. and than you can file the return as legal representive and get the refund back.
He filed the return on her behalf last year too .. so he's already appointed as her legal heir and representative.. but I need to know how can I change the account details to claim the refund.. because the account shown was in his wife's name and has been closed now. So to get the refund I need to update the details of the bank account .
