hi. Can someone please suggest to me reference books for law,audit and mics for CA Final(new course). Also, to what extent one should depend on them i.e. is the module good enough? What should be the general approach towards preparing these subjects? I have one year to go, so please tell me accordingly.

law: Munish Bhandari (main book & summary)
audit: Paduka, SAs: Paduka
ISCA: Dinesh madan / paduka(Q&A) format.
in addition compilers issued by institute.

i am following "munish bhandari" for (Final) Law, it is a really excellent book, for audit there are a number of options...like...padhuka.....study material...

Hi this is Madhav ( CA Final: Hyderabad ),
For Law you may please refer to L.Jayaraman and for Auditing it is better if you read Paduka.
And for MICS study material is better ( except the Act,2008)
For any subject matter the best is the study material which has got no exception by any means.
