Reference Book+Practise Manual, Is it sufficient?

I am appearing for CA Final Group-2 in May 2011. This is not my first attempt. I don't crave for any rank. Would be glad if I just pass.

I am planning to read only the following

1. Costing - Sanjay Aggarwal's book + Practise Manual of ICAI

2. ISCA - Dinesh Madan+Practise Manual of ICAI

3. Direct Tax - Paduka+Practise Manual of ICAI+Supplementary Paper of ICAI+Select Cases of ICAI

4. Indirect Tax - Paduka/Bangar+Practice Manual of ICAI+Supplementary Paper of ICAI+Select Cases of ICAI

Kindly tell me whether this is sufficient?

I am not planning to read study material because I find it too cumbersome, complicated and voluminous to understand. So, can i skip study material and just refer thoroughly reference book+Practise manual.
