Rectification of error in date in aoc 4

We tried using GNL2. It does not allow 

Only option what i see now is to approach ROC for cancellation of AOC 4

Why cant we file Addendum GLN-4??

Better is to contact concerned ROC and request to cancel the e form in case any defect has been found at a later stage. If the ROC is satisfied that the e form is defective, the ROC will cancel the e form and the company will have to file a fresh e form AOC-4 with prescribed fees along with additional fees accordingly.

we have file AOC-4 and MGT-7 for the FY 19-20 on both we have entered wrong AGM Date ,Now we approach ROC by wrting application to consider correct date on record in ANNUL FILLING FORMS for the FY 19-20.Will they consider our request or is there any other way than pls post you're reply.
