Recruiters see the consistent performance throughout the period of CA Course. Since more time and acedimia is spent during preparation of CA final, hence it is given more preferance. Its toughest of all three levels & also important.
Other things they seee is the firm and the client that are handled during articleship, the most beign the knowledge. I hv seen many ppl from good firms not getting selected coz of bad performance in interview due to non-preparation.!!!
Hence is mix of academia, articleship firm & knowledge.!!!
