I am planning to apply for recounting of my answer sheet of CA Final exam Nov 2011. I got 195 and 201 in first and second groups respectively. Whether the marks awarded to me will be reduced in any instance?

hello arun as per the institute guidelines your marks can also be reduce, if any mistake found in counting. but i will suggest to you please go ahead and apply for verfication of answer sheet and also apply to get certified evaluated copies.

I would recommend you not to apply for recounting the Second group. As u already have 201 marks, any further reduction in marks can change your result. So, I would only recommend u to apply for your First group where u scored 195.

I will Go with Sonam...Even i scored 193 and 200 in first and second groups respectively and i am applying for verification of Group 1 only coz its clearly written in institute's announcement that marks can also be reduced and i think its much better to appear in one group in next exam rather than applying in both the groups.
