Just glance through AMIT KARIA's CORPORATE & ALLIED LAWS by Bharat Publications.
Very precise n nice presentation of sections.
DIRECTORS :
The huge directors chapters has been divided into three distinct chapters, which is not in any other book. One chapter is Basics, second managerial remuneration n third powers of board.

FEMA:

Even in FEMA, the meaning of some important concepts like TDR, Call back & others has been specially givn. A list of important section numbers is also given. Examples are also very nice.
