For Public Company, appointment of Whole Time Director contain the following procedure, 1. His appointment should be confired by the board of directors. 2. Form-32 for change in designation has to be filed with RoC. 3. His appointment should be confirmed by the AGM OR EGM. 4. Form-23 has to be filed withing 30 days from the date of passing resolution |

what is the procedure to reappoint a Whole Time Director, when there is no change in remuneration & other perks.
is company suppose to file Form 32, 23 & 25C
In that case too the company is required to file form 23, 32 and 25C.
