Reappointment of managing director

In case of reappointment of Managing Director form 25C and form 23 are reqruied to be filed with ROC.

There is no such requirement of giving intimation to ROC about every business activity. the forms which needs to be filed are generally mentioned in the relevant sections. Apart from that for members resolutions you can go through Section 192 of the Act.
