Realisation of export
what is the time period for realisation of exports by a unit in sez? is it 12 months or 9 months? and also the time period for realisation of exports ordinarily?

12 months in acordance to RBI/2012-13/527 AP( DIR SERIES)Circular no 108 dated June/11 /2013 directions contained in this circular, have been issued under Section 10(4) and 11(1) of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999) and without prejudice to permissions / approvals, if any, required under any other law.
Thank you, also what is the time period for realisation of export made ordinarily (not from sez)?
