Acknowledgement of E-return was previously submitted in July 2010 by ordinary post, but CPC hav'nt received such Acknowledgement. CPC send the non-receipt email.
i want to ask that, if i re-submit the ackno to CPC, are they considered it ?
bcoz already it has crossed the deadline of submission within 120 days.
Plz suggest.

The Acknowledgement of E-filing must be forwarded to the CPC Banglore within 120 days from the filing of return, failing to do so makes the return filed in valid.
So you need to file the return again
u again send by speed post the same E-Retun ack. in orginal as signed by the assessee to the CPC, bangalore. the causes of non-receipts also they included in their mail that poor printing quality, so in ur case it may be of a poor printing quality. so, u submit one xerox copy of ordinary post copies already send by u & one covering letter (letter containg that i am already send the same to u) along with original e-retun submission. eventhough covering leeters & any other copies were not accepted by the CPC. it gives some relief to u, after CPC may also considers the same.
u do it, it will works.
