I had a doubt regarding the re-issue of share certificate due to the name change of the share holder
X is a private company it issued the shares to the share holders at the time of incorporation, Y company (pvt) is a share holder in X company later that the Y compny changes its name to Z and made a request to X company change the name Y to Z in the share certificate and surrender the original share certificate.
Pls post
what is the procedure and the draft Board resolution of X comapny for accepting the requisition made by the Y company.
