Re-imbersements of Expenses to Foreign Sister Concern

In my opinion, re-imbursement of expenses would not require any formalities.

You would need to check with your bankers through which you would be making the remittance about the documents they need for the same.

They would ask you for documents like agreement as per which the remittance is being made, auditors' certificate etc.
