what is the processure for re-export of material in rebate claim? we are taking rebate claim of this export. can we have intimate re-export in excise & Coustom for in this matter?

Re export is "export". In general you have to follow all the export procedure.
If however, you have imported material duty free to do re export under custom exemption notification, you have to follow the procedure prescribed in that notification.
